I am concerned about this particular IPO.    The Securities Exchange has tremendous power over Corporations that go public.  http://www.sec.gov/ Facebook has over 800 million members, of those, about half , are American. My concern here is our first Amendment rights, and privacy rights for starters subject to Our Federal Governments scrutiny. My other concern; why is FACEBOOK going public? It’s not like they need to raise capital for more cash, or expansion.

Please leave your comment if you are concerned or couldn’t be bothered.  And why do you think they are going public.  There is a slight of  hand here, I can smell it.   I will have more to say in the days and weeks to come.
