In my opinion, the Sixteenth Amendment should be repealed.  In addition, we need to levy and replace it with a Constitutional Budget Amendment.  We are at critical cross roads in our self Government.  We do not have much time left before we are completely subjugated by this Government.  WAKE UP AMERICA!
