I don’t want to toot my own horn here, but I think I was the first to suggest #RandPaulin2016 many months ago.  Rand Paul has been consistently Conservative.  He is out spoken, and clearly not a career politician.  Rand is not as crazy as his father, Ron Paul, yet a pair of balls the size of Ronald Reagan.
