Are you kidding me? IF YOU DO NOT WANT HIGH PHONE RATES, THAN DO NOT COMMIT CRIMES. THE IDEA IS TO HATE PRISON SO THAT YOU STAY OUT OF PRISON, FOR GOD SAKES….!!!!!!
What is this a country club? Complete medical care, no co-pay, 3 square gourmet meals served daily,, and GREAT PHONE RATES??? REALLY? how about crime rates going up, that’s what we should b concerned about, and they are sure to go up if that reform goes through….OMG!!!!!
