The reality is the Federal Govt steals money we’ve earned, that we will never see again, from our paychecks, unconstitutionally.
The 16th Amendment established July 1909, was ruled by the SCOTUS at the time, as unconstitutional. And if you know your history, and you know or have tried to understand any of the Constitution, you will know that I’m correct.
Btw, this is an example of how much power the SCOTUS really has, NADA! Only Congress has the authority to pass laws, or to ratify the constitution. Because the founders left us the keys to the car, we are responsible for Congress. The founders never intended a tax levy system on our income.
Remember folks just because you hear Amendment doesn’t mean the founders had their blessings on it. The Framers believed in consumption tax if any, the Constitution would be meaningless if they believed in the progressive income tax system in place today. Think about that, it’s just common sense.
Ask yourself this question; would any of the Constitution 39 signers agree to such a scheme? The whole premise of the Constitution, and all the documents quite frankly was to empower the people with self Government and to abolish omnipresent Government subjugating it’s people, like the Govt we have now. Did the majority OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE agree to the progressive tax system we have now, taking money out of our paychecks? That would be a resounding, NO!
There is a reason why the Framers did not Amend the constitution, by adding an Amendment such as the the 16thA. If they thought the Progressive tax system in place today would have been helpful to the American people, they would have included it then. The 16thA didn’t happen until over 100 years later. What changed since say 1790, when the 12th Amendment was enacted, and 1909? Do your homework, and find out. Please, don’t take my word for it, the only way you will ever know your truth, your history, is if you research yourself, that’s 50% of it, the rest comes from life experience.
One interesting note here however, the Framers left the executive branch in charge of the Federal agencies, all agencies, the ones present then, i.e. the Treasury, and now such as the Treasury that so happens to be the parent of the I.R.S. Now the POTUS has no jurisdiction over shutting the I.R.S. down, only Congress has that authority, however the POTUS has full authority of the operations of the Internal Revenue Service, which means he’s the boss. I will leave you now to ponder that insight-fullness

Having said that, people who try and ingratiate the minorities in this country, by saying that, is naive. We are living in 2015, not 1895. The time is now, not then. The past is the past. Btw we had immigration laws in place in 1895, and they worked just fine. That’s how we all came to be here.
There are 2 movies out there today RED DAWN -1984 AND A REMAKE 2012, (the 2012 version is on Netflix) that every American should watch. Now this movie is about military invasions on American soil, from a foreign entity. What I see going on today in America – 2015, is an invasion of a different kind, an auspicious slow, subtle, almost surreptitious program to devalue American eroding our border’s, language and culture, the American way of life our Founders, God bless their souls, set fourth for us. Our Constitution does not stem from emotion, it stems from logical thought.

America is not a refugee camp, if I’m wrong, show me where that’s the case in the Constitution. We are a Republic, a system of Govt alleged to be lead by the American people. And quite frankly what we have here, is a system of Govt that is out of control, and as usual, and I’m old enough to say this, squashing our freedoms, leading us right down the hole to be just like most 3rd world country’s, dependent on Big Govt.
This is a Govt issue now, that has gotten out of control, and the sheeple in this country are not in control, confused about there priorities. I am by no means a fan of Matt Damon, he was a good actor once, but now I think he’s a big blowhard. Not to mention a flaming Liberal, which is why this article is fascinating. Having said all that, I’m sick and tired of the blacks in the minority crying about racial inequality, it is 2015.
My biggest complaint on this issue is black movies hire mostly black actors. Have you ever noticed the difference between white movies and black movies, in terms of skin color? Have you seen lately what black actors make, and how much they are worth? Or any other profession for that matter, i.e. football players? Really. Did you know the Will Smith just gave $150’000 to Racist loony Farrakhan, to support one of his black causes? Moreover, I think the black caucus in Congress is racist. I think the NAACP – Think about that for a moment, that is a racist Title for an organization.
My point is, what is the black communities complaint really? Do they have one? The civil rights act of 1964, The POUTUS is half black, but leans towards his black side. The First Lady is black! Yet they still are not happy, or maybe they don’t want the freebies to go away, along with the political power. which is probably more the case.
White people go over board giving the ship away to the minorities, i.e. they, white people, all but destroyed Paula Dene, why? Do you think in a dominant black community they would give up that much to the white minority? I don’t think so. South Africa is just about 80% black and as far as I can see white people in that country are not receiving any kind of equality benefits.
America abolished slavery, it did not create it. White people today owe the black minorities nothing. Btw, the Democrats labeled blacks minorities back in the 60s.
Lastly, once again, why do black people continue to judge a book by it’s “color?” Wasn’t that their biggest complaint? The founders didn’t guarentee anything but a shot at a piece of the American dream, that’s it. It’s up to us, the American people, black or white to make it happen for ourselves. God knows I’ve never had any advantage in life. My white skin got me nowhere. O.J. Simpson was worth 30 million dollars before he murdered his wife. I likely will never see that kind of money in my lifetime. O.J. was a black kid from the projects. How did that happen in a predominately white country? I’ll let you figure that out.
Btw, I don’t include good black Americans, in this conversation, who believe in the constitution, and disagree with their prejudice, at best, brothers and sister’s. Allen West i.e. is one of the finest American I know of.

It reminds me of the so called racial divide in this country. The Al Shrapnel’s, Jessie Jacksons, and the Charlie wrangles, just to name a few, spewing racism and how white people hate blacks. Do you think we have racial harmony as a result? The loons from these so called Civil Rights groups, looking out for the blacks in this country are no better, than the Terrorists of Islam, however there is a difference; Civil Rights leaders work the system both political power, and the press, mainly. Liberals embolden these people so they stay in power. Islamic Terrorists however take the Adolph Hitler approach, and attempt to wipe the people in the West off the earth. Frankly I don’t know which method is worse, kill us slowly, or kill us fast!
We have our own silent war going on right here in the U.S., in my opinion, has become worse subsequent the Civil Rights act, not better. Btw I’m older than the civil rights act of 1964, thereby I have some value to add to this subject. But all and all America needs to learn from its’ mistakes, such as the Civil Rights Bill of 1964 for example, and shine that on this Islamic State of mind, make no mistake that these 3rd world country Islamist’s people; live eat and breathe hatred for the west.
